These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in The Global Endoscopic Spine Summit (GESS). By registering through
1. Registration and Eligibility

Professional Status: Registration is intended for medical professionals, fellows, and students. By registering, you confirm that your professional credentials are accurate.

Course Selection: Registration for specific segments (e.g., the Two-Day Cadaver Course or the Two-Day Live Surgery Summit) is subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Payment Terms

Payment Gateways: We process all registration fees through Stripe and Razorpay. Your transaction is subject to the terms and conditions of these respective payment processors.

Currency: All fees are listed in INR. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the registrant.

Confirmation: A registration is not considered valid until a confirmation email is sent by the GESS organizing committee following successful payment processing.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
To maintain the quality of the summit and manage logistical costs, the following refund schedule applies:

Standard Cancellations:

If you have to, unfortunately, cancel your registration, we will be happy to provide you with a refund (minus 20% admin fees) upto 00:00 May 2nd, 2026.
After this time cancellation would attract a 80% cancellation fee upto 00:00 May 10th, 2026.
After this period, cancellations will result in no refund being issued.

Method of Refund: All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe or Razorpay).
4. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule, faculty, or session topics. In the unlikely event that the summit is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. GESS is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.
5. Liability and Disclaimers

Medical Training: The information provided during the summit, including live surgery demonstrations and cadaveric courses, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a standard of care.

Safety Protocol: Participants in the Cadaver Course must adhere to all biosafety and lab regulations provided on-site. GESS and the host venue in Mumbai are not liable for any injuries sustained during hands-on training.

Live Surgery: Live surgical broadcasts are subject to real-time clinical variables. The organizers reserve the right to terminate a broadcast if patient safety requires it.
6. Intellectual Property
Photography or video recording of live surgeries or lectures is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from the GESS organizing committee.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
